Rabbi Joey Faur is the incoming rabbi of Congregation Magen David in Manhattan and previously served as the rabbi of Congregation Menuḥat Shalom in Kfar Saba, Israel (2023-2024). Joey is a third-generation Rabbi, and warned his bachelors in Business and Entrepreneurship from Reichnman University. Before joining Paratroopers Special Forces (2018-2021, present day - reserves), he studied at Yeshivat Or ViShua in Haifa (2016-2018), focusing on Sephardic Talmudic methods, Halakha, and philosophy. Additionally, Joey has served as a Hazzan in various communities worldwide for over a decade.
Joey is passionate about teaching Tora and inspiring the younger generation to pursue a life of Tora alongside professional development. Rabbi Joey and his wife Hadassah, an electrical engineer and a member of the IDF (reserves), enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, cycling, and spending time with quality people.
Rabbi Sion Setton

Rabbi Sion Setton serves as the Principal of Yeshivah Prep High School in Brooklyn and as a Based-in Rabbi in Lower Manhattan. Rabbi Setton is pursuing his Doctorate in Education at Yeshiva University, exploring the relationship between ADHD and spirituality in adolescent students.
With prior experience as Rabbi of Magen David Synagogue in NYC, Director of Technology at Barkai Yeshivah, and an affiliate Chaplain at New York University, Rabbi Setton brings a diverse skill set to his current positions. He has Rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva University and was named by New York's Jewish Week as a "36 under 36" Jewish leader and change-maker.
He lives in New York with his wife, Mijal Bitton, and their two children.
